This website (and any products or services offered through it) is owned and operated by me, Magdalena Hanna Stasiak - also known professionally as Magdalena Hanah. Whenever you see “I,” “me,” “my,” “we,” or “us” in this document, it’s referring to me and my business. When I say “you,” I’m referring to any visitor, user, buyer, or browser on this site or my platforms.

By visiting, browsing, or buying anything from this site, you agree to play by these terms. You may not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, copy, frame, or resell anything on this site. Any digital product, service, or membership you purchase is for your use only. You agree not to share access, resell, or redistribute any materials unless I’ve explicitly said you can. If Refunds policy is not stated on a specific offer page, please assume it is under a strict no refund policy. Everything on this site - from my frameworks and strategies to the way it's all taught - is original work unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to: my programs, method names, branded slides, swipe files, documents, training materials, visuals, and product names.

You are not permitted to copy, replicate, distribute, resell, remix, or use any of my materials in your own business - free or paid - unless you have written permission from me. That includes “borrowing” my frameworks and renaming them, selling courses that mimic mine, or reusing any of my content inside your own programs, funnels, or training.

4.1 Legal Enforcement

I take intellectual property infringement seriously. Any unauthorised use of my IP may result in immediate termination of access to any products or services, and may be pursued with legal action - including cease and desist orders, formal claims, and court proceedings if necessary. You will also be responsible for all legal and administrative costs related to that action.

4.2 Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe someone is using my work in breach of these terms, or you've spotted imitation in the wild, please contact me directly. I take pride in protecting the integrity of my content and my clients.

5. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, that means you agree to them. Major updates will be timestamped at the bottom of this page.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

All my content and programs are designed to educate, inspire, and help you move forward with your business and brand. But I can’t (and don’t) guarantee specific outcomes like income levels, follower count, or growth speed. Your results are your responsibility, and depend on your effort, audience, market, and many other variables.

Everything is provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees of success implied. I won’t be liable for any direct or indirect losses from using the information, products, or platforms offered through my site.

7. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full payment information on this website. By purchasing, you authorize these platforms to handle your payment details and recurring charges if applicable. Please contact us if there’s a billing issue or error - we’ll work it out promptly.

Occasionally, I’ll share offers, tools, or resources from trusted partners that may earn me a commission if you choose to purchase. I only ever recommend things I trust and/or use myself.
